The 1st Edition of the “CHRISTMAS Concert” entitled “SONGS FOR THE CHILD JESUS”, an event held on 18 December 2010 in the Church of “Maria Santissima del Soccorso” in Monterosso Calabro, during which songs by Totò Valenzise and Pino Puzzello, written and set to music by the same authors, were performed.

The 2nd Edition of the “CHRISTMAS Concert” entitled “Review of Polyphonic Choirs of the Province of Vibo Valentia”, an event held on 20 December 2011 in the Church “Maria Santissima del Soccorso” in Monterosso Calabro, in which six Polyphonic Choirs of the Province of Vibo Valentia participated: DON GIOSUE’ MACRI’ Polyphonic Choir of Tropea (VV) directed by Maestro V. Laganà – GAUDETE Polyphonic Choir of Triparni (VV) directed by M° O. Lombardo – Polyphonic Choir NUOVA POLIFONICA CHORAL of Vibo Valentia directed by M° F. Arena – HOLY FAMILY Polyphonic Choir of Vibo Valentia directed by M° A. Romano – SAN FRANCESCO D’ASSISI Polyphonic Choir of Presinaci (VV) directed by M° F. Arena – SAN SEBASTIANO Polyphonic Choir of Pernocari (VV) directed by M° F. Arena. The choirs performed typically Christmas songs, both in Italian and dialect.

The 3rd Edition of the “CHRISTMAS Concert” entitled “Christmas Concert for Baby Jesus – Polyphonic Choir and Parish Youth Instrumental Ensemble”. The event took place on Friday 28 December 2012 in the splendid Church of “Maria Santissima del Soccorso” in Monterosso Calabro and saw the performance of the parish polyphonic choir accompanied by the instrumental ensemble of the Serre district band. Both the musical ensemble and the choir were directed by the parish priest of Monterosso Calabro, Don Oreste Borelli. The first part of the program was characterized by the songs of M. Frisina, all introduced with the reading of parts of the Gospel.

The 4th Edition of the “CHRISTMAS Concert” entitled “Christmas Concert for Baby Jesus – Concerto for violin, cello, organ and mezzo-soprano”. The event took place on Monday 30 December 2013 in the splendid Church of “Maria Santissima del Soccorso” in Monterosso Calabro. It saw the performance of the Masters Maria Concetta GALANTE (Mezzo-soprano), Cristiano BRUNELLA (1st Violin), Antonella CURCIO (2nd Violin), Giuseppe MIELE (Cello) and Domenico BELLISSIMO (Organ). During the concert, songs by J.S. were performed. Bach, M.A. Charpentier, A. Corelli, G.F. Handel and A. Vivaldi.

The V Edition of the “CHRISTMAS Concert” entitled “Christmas Concert for Baby Jesus”. The event took place on Tuesday 30 December 2014 in the splendid Church of “Maria Santissima del Soccorso” in Monterosso Calabro, and saw the performance of the MAGNIFICAT Polyphonic Choir of the Cathedral of Vibo Valentia, directed by Maestro Tina GALANTI.

The VI Edition of the “CHRISTMAS Concert” entitled “Christmas Concert for Baby Jesus”. The event took place on Tuesday 22 December 2015 in the premises of the municipal theater of Monterosso Calabro, and saw the performance of the only flute orchestra, unique in its kind, MAGNA GRAECIA FLUTE CHOIR, directed by maestro Sebastiano VALENTINO.

The VII Edition of the “CHRISTMAS Concert” took place on Sunday 17 December 2023 in the premises of the municipal theater of Monterosso Calabro, and saw the performance of the musical group Vipàvero Clarinet Quartet, a clarinet quartet (a piccolo clarinet, two clarinets sopranos, a bass clarinet) formed by the masters Vincenzo Virgillo, Francesco Pagnotta, Stefano Vetturini, Luigi Mattia Rocca, all secondary school teachers in the provinces of Vibo Valentia, Catanzaro and Cosenza, with a very long concert career at a national level behind them, and with the extraordinary participation of the percussionist Vincenzo Castelbano.
